Section, Aug. 3, 1950, ch. 520, § 5, 64 Stat. 398, which required the Department of Justice to submit an annual report furnishing a list of the names of all those upon whom the President has conferred either the Young American Medal for Bravery or the Young American Medal for Service, terminated, effective , pursuant to section 3003 of Pub.
