The purposes of the corporation are—

1. (1) to safeguard and strengthen the forces of faith and morality of our Nation;
2. (2) to perpetuate and deepen the bonds of understanding and friendship of our military service;
3. (3) to preserve our spiritual influence and interest in all members and veterans of the Armed Forces;
4. (4) to uphold the Constitution of the United States; and
5. (5) to promote justice, peace, and good will.
