Section, act May 18, 1920, ch. 190, § 11, 41 Stat. 603; 1965 Reorg. Plan No. 2, eff. , 30 F.R. 8819, 79 Stat. 1318; 1970 Reorg. Plan No. 4, eff. , 35 F.R. 15627, 84 Stat. 2090, provided that laws concerning retirement of commissioned Naval officers would apply to commissioned National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration officers.
