Section, Pub. L. 103–444, § 9, , 108 Stat. 4640; Pub. L. 104–109, § 9(b), , 110 Stat. 765, which related to effectiveness of this subchapter and approval of releases and waivers, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
