Section, Pub. L. 103–444, § 6, , 108 Stat. 4638; amended Pub. L. 103–435, § 23, , 108 Stat. 4575, which provided for the establishment and administration of the Crow Tribal Trust Fund, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
