Section, Pub. L. 101–503, § 2, , 104 Stat. 1292, which set out congressional findings and purposes, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
Pub. L. 101–503, § 1, , 104 Stat. 1292, provided that Pub. L. 101–503, enacting this subchapter, could be cited as the “Seneca Nation Settlement Act of 1990”.
