Section, Pub. L. 98–134, § 5, , 97 Stat. 853; Pub. L. 99–514, § 2, , 100 Stat. 2095, which related to establishment and administration of the Mashantucket Pequot Settlement Fund, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
