Section, Pub. L. 105–83, title VII, § 702, , 111 Stat. 1624, which set out congressional findings, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
Pub. L. 105–83, title VII, § 701, , 111 Stat. 1624, provided that title VII of Pub. L. 105–83, enacting this part, could be cited as the “Miccosukee Settlement Act of 1997”.
