25 U.S.C. § 1727
Section, Pub. L. 96–420, § 8, , 94 Stat. 1795, which provided for implementation of the Indian Child Welfare Act in jurisdiction over Indian child custody proceedings, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
