Section, Pub. L. 89–224, § 1, , 79 Stat. 897, authorized the Secretary of the Interior to distribute to the Klamath Tribe funds obtained from the Indian Claims Commission from the tribe’s judgment against the United States.

“This Act [repealing this subchapter] may be cited as the ‘Klamath Tribe Judgment Fund Repeal Act’.”
