Section, act Aug. 26, 1954, ch. 937, ch. II, § 412, as added , Pub. L. 86–108, ch. II, § 205(l), 73 Stat. 250, authorized appropriations for President’s special education and training fund.
A prior section 412 of act , which authorized assistance to selected Chinese and Korean students for studying or teaching, or for research and related academic and technical activities in the United States, was repealed by Pub. L. 85–141, § 8(l), , 71 Stat. 362.
