21 U.S.C. § 2014

Authorization of appropriations

(Pub. L. 109–469, title X, § 1005, Dec. 29, 2006, 120 Stat. 3539.)

There are authorized to be appropriated—

(1) for fiscal year 2007—
1. (A) $500,000 to establish the NMIC and Council; and
2. (B) such sums as are necessary for the operation of the NMIC and Council; and
(2) for each of fiscal years 2008 and 2009, such sums as are necessary for the operation of the NMIC and Council.
