There are authorized to be appropriated—

1. (1) to the Secretary of the Interior to carry out this chapter—

   1. (A) $2,500,000 for fiscal year 2022; and
   2. (B) $5,500,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2025;

2. (2) to the Secretary of Agriculture to carry out this chapter—

   1. (A) $2,500,000 for fiscal year 2022; and
   2. (B) $5,500,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2025; and

3. (3) to the Secretary of the Army to carry out this chapter—

   1. (A) $1,500,000 for fiscal year 2022; and
   2. (B) $2,500,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2025.
