Section, Pub. L. 92–513, title V, § 511, as added Pub. L. 94–163, title III, § 301, , 89 Stat. 915; amended Pub. L. 103–272, § 4(c), , 108 Stat. 1361, provided for establishment of program of examination of fuel economy representations in connection with installation of retrofit devices.
