Section, act July 5, 1946, ch. 540, title VI, § 39a, as added , Pub. L. 97–296, 96 Stat. 1316, which prohibited State and local requirements that registered trademarks be altered or displayed differently, was transferred to subsec. (b) of section 39 of act , by section 131(b)(1) of Pub. L. 100–667 and is classified to section 1121(b) of this title.
