Section, added act Aug. 10, 1956, ch. 1041, § 15(a), 70A Stat. 624, provided for the organization of the Coast Guard Reserve and was omitted in the general revision of this chapter by Pub. L. 96–322, § 1, , 94 Stat. 1002. See section 701 of this section.
