Section, Pub. L. 92–181, title V, § 5.64, as added Pub. L. 100–233, title III, § 302, Jan. 6, 1988, 101 Stat. 1619, which required the Farm Credit System Insurance Corporation to submit an annual report to Congress on the operations of the Corporation, terminated, effective May 15, 2000, pursuant to section 3003 of Pub.
