Section, added Pub. L. 107–107, div. A, title V, § 541(a)(1), , 115 Stat. 1109, related to an 18-month enlistment pilot program to increase participation of prior service persons in Selected Reserve and to provide assistance in building pool of participants in Individual Ready Reserve.
