Fiduciary Capacities

A credit union is subject to this chapter if it acts in a fiduciary capacity. A credit union acts in a fiduciary capacity when it acts in any of the following capacities:

(1) Trustee.
(2) Custodian.
(3) Executor.
(4) Administrator.
(5) Guardian.
(6) Receiver.
