This subchapter prescribes the procedures for:

1. (1) the suspension, revocation, or cancellation of an automated motor vehicle authorization issued under Transportation Code, §545.456;
2. (2) the imposition of a restriction on the operation of the automated motor vehicle under Transportation Code, §545.459;
3. (3) the rescission of a suspension, revocation, or cancellation of an automated motor vehicle authorization under Transportation Code, §545.456 or §545.459; and
4. (4) the removal of a restriction on the operation of the automated motor vehicle under Transportation Code, §545.459.
