1. (a) The department will maintain and make available to interested persons a directory identifying all firms eligible to participate as SBEs on department contracts.

2. (b) The SBE directory lists, at a minimum for each firm:

   1. (1) the firm's address;
   2. (2) the firm's e-mail address, if any;
   3. (3) the firm's phone number; and
   4. (4) the types of work the firm has been certified to perform as an SBE.
3. (c) The department will update the SBE directory quarterly or more frequently if needed.
