- (a) The department will review and evaluate applications for SBE certification and may perform on-site inspections to verify eligibility.
(b) The department may deny an application if:
- (1) the application is not satisfactorily completed;
- (2) the applicant is not eligible to be certified as an SBE;
- (3) the application contains false information; or
- (4) the applicant does not provide the required information.
