In addition to any other DBE information, the department will maintain:

1. (1) data associated with the DBE program as directed by OAs;
2. (2) a bidders list that provides accurate data about the DBE and non-DBE contractors and subcontractors who seek to work on federally-assisted department contracts that can be used in establishing overall DBE goals;

3. (3) for each DBE and non-DBE contractor or subcontractor who seeks to work on federally-assisted department contracts:

   1. (A) the firm's name;
   2. (B) the firm's address;
   3. (C) the firm's e-mail address, if any;
   4. (D) the firm's telephone number;
   5. (E) the firm's DBE certification status;
   6. (F) type of work the firm has been certified to perform; and
   7. (G) the firm's length of existence; and
4. (4) for each DBE contractor or subcontractor who seeks to work on federally-assisted department contracts, the firm's annual gross receipts.
