- (a) The department at any time may terminate for cause a certification issued under this subchapter.
- (b) The department will send written notification of the termination to the engineering firm and the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles. The department will not accept a report under §28.86 of this subchapter (relating to Bridge Report) from the firm after the date of the notification for termination.
