- (a) The department adopts the latest version of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials "Guide for the Development of Bicycle Facilities."
- (b) The department will continue to review guidelines for design, construction, and maintenance of bicycle facilities with the intent to adopt new guidelines as appropriate.
