1. (a) The Agency shall recoup the cost of providing unemployment compensation information consistent with 20 C.F.R. §603.8. The Agency may charge actual charges and may set standardized charges for items routinely requested.

2. (b) The Agency may only release unemployment compensation information for non-unemployment compensation purposes to the following individuals if the unemployment compensation program is reimbursed and there is a written, enforceable confidentiality agreement:

   1. (1) Third-party requestors;
   2. (2) Public officials; and
   3. (3) Contractors of a public official provided the public official remains liable for the actions of the contractor.
