The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

1. (1) Board--The Texas Board of Protective and Regulatory Services.
2. (2) Person--Any individual, including a member of the legislature, legislative employee, state officer, or state employee.
