The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

1. (1) Veteran--A person who has been a member of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Space Force or Coast Guard of the United States.
2. (2) Commission--Texas Veterans Commission.
3. (3) USCIS--U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
4. (4) INA--Immigration and Nationality Act.
