Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise;

(1) Veteran--as stated in 38 CFR § 3.1(d).
(2) Commission--Texas Veterans Commission.
(3) V.E.S.--Veterans Employment Services.
(4) A.J.C.--American Job Centers.
(5) Workforce Solutions--American Job Centers in Texas.
