1. (a) A Grantee may appeal the following:

   1. (1) Corrective action found in §460.32(b)(1) - (4) of this title relating to Corrective Action; and
   2. (2) Deobligation of funds found in §460.41 of this title relating to Deobligation of Grant Funds.
2. (b) No other appeals may be made by a Grantee.
