1. (a) A Grantee may request an amendment to their current Grant Agreement.
2. (b) Grant amendments shall meet all the conditions established by the Commission to be considered by the appropriate approval authority.
3. (c) Decisions made by the appropriate approval authority are final and non-appealable.
