1. (a) A license holder must acquire a lot permit from the Department for each lot where the license holder intends to produce or handle hemp prior to producing or handling hemp. The applicant shall submit, at a minimum the license number, geospatial location of the lot where the hemp variety will be planted, the facility where the lot is located, and anticipated dates of cultivation.
2. (b) An application that is missing required information shall be subject to denial.
3. (c) A change in the geospatial location of a lot where the hemp variety will be planted will be considered by the Department as a new lot.
