Corrective measures must be taken at the conclusion of the internal investigation, if warranted, that may include:

1. (1) a review of the policies and procedures pertinent to the alleged incident;
2. (2) revision of any policies or procedures as needed;
3. (3) administrative disciplinary action or appropriate personnel actions against all persons found to have abused, neglected, or exploited a juvenile or to have otherwise engaged in misconduct; and
4. (4) the provision of additional training for all appropriate persons to ensure the safety of the juveniles, employees, and others.
