1. (a) Residents shall have access to toilet facilities within the non-secure correctional facility.
2. (b) Non-secure correctional facilities shall contain at least one operable toilet above floor level for every eight beds.
3. (c) Urinals may be substituted for up to one-half of the toilets in housing areas permanently designed as all-male units.
4. (d) The facility shall have policies and procedures regarding residents' access to toilet facilities and their supervision during the use of toilet facilities.
