Juvenile probation departments that seek reimbursement through Title IV-E of the Social Security Act (42 United States Code §670 et seq.) must comply with:

1. (1) all grant requirements associated with the Title IV-E Federal Foster Care Reimbursement Program as documented in the Texas Juvenile Justice Department's state financial assistance contract; and
2. (2) all federal and state laws and rules relating to Title IV-E reimbursement.
