1. (a) The following individuals may be certified as a juvenile probation officer, juvenile supervision officer, and/or community activities officer if they meet the criteria for certification:

   1. (1) quality assurance staff; and
   2. (2) trainers of individuals in positions requiring certification.
2. (b) The individuals listed in subsection (a) of this section are the only individuals other than those listed in §344.800 of this title who may be certified by TJJD.
