1. (a) The juvenile probation department must fill in all applicable data fields for each referral in the department's case management system.
2. (b) The juvenile probation department must run the Comprehensive Folder Edit or SRSXEdit on a monthly basis.
3. (c) Errors detected by the Comprehensive Folder Edit must be corrected prior to the next submission of the EDI Extract.
4. (d) Errors detected by TJJD must be corrected prior to the date provided by TJJD.
