1. (a) Training Requirements.

   1. (1) The data coordinator must have a thorough understanding of TJJD's reporting requirements.
   2. (2) The data coordinator must complete training related to data reporting provided by TJJD as required.

2. (b) Duties.

   1. (1) The data coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all data submitted to TJJD by the juvenile probation department is accurate, timely, and consistent with TJJD's reporting requirements.
   2. (2) The data coordinator must ensure that the TJJD EDI Extract is submitted to TJJD on or before the applicable due date.
