1. (a) The chief administrative officer or designee must notify the Office of Independent Ombudsman when a juvenile is placed in a non-juvenile justice contract facility. The notification must be made no later than 10 days after the juvenile's placement and must be made via email to the Office of Independent Ombudsman.
2. (b) The chief administrative officer or designee must notify the Office of Independent Ombudsman when a juvenile who was placed in a non-juvenile justice contract facility has been removed from the facility for any reason. The notification must be made no later than 10 days after the juvenile's removal and must be made via email to the Office of Independent Ombudsman.
