The terms in this section have the following meanings when used in this subchapter unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

1. (1) Bodily injury--Has the meaning assigned by Penal Code, §1.07.
2. (2) Imminent danger--Ready to take place, near at hand, impending, hanging threateningly over one's head, menacingly near.
