1. (a) Public use of the Capitol Building, the Capitol Extension, the Capitol Grounds, and the Old General Land Office Building is governed by rules promulgated by the board.
2. (b) Members of Region 7 are hereby authorized to enforce those rules adopted by the board.
3. (c) Members of Region 7 will provide protective and security services to the Capitol Building, the Capitol Extension, the Capitol Grounds, and the Old General Land Office Building.
