1. (a) The administrative law judge shall issue a proposal for decision with proposed conclusions of law and findings of fact in accordance with Government Code, Chapter 2001 and other applicable law.
2. (b) Exceptions to the proposal for decision, if any, shall be filed with the SOAH administrative law judge or the administrative law judge in accordance with 1 TAC §155.507 (relating to Proposals for Decision; Exceptions and Replies). The exceptions shall also be filed with TRS, directed to the attention of the executive director.
3. (c) The administrative law judge shall notify TRS and the parties whether the administrative law judge made any changes to the proposal for decision based on the exceptions and replies of the parties.
