The trust company shall develop and provide to each member of the advisory board the following:

1. (1) formal charter document providing the advisory board purpose, statement of relevant legal authority, and an overview of advisory board operations, advisory board structure and membership, and advisory board business and administration;
2. (2) policy on advisory board attendance and a process for responding to advisory board attendance concerns;
3. (3) policy on ethics disclosures and a process for determining whether issues require disclosures; and
4. (4) policy on reimbursement of expenses.
