The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

1. (1) Advisory Board--The comptroller's investment advisory board, established pursuant to Government Code, §404.028.
2. (2) Comptroller--The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.
3. (3) Trust Company--The Texas Treasury Safekeeping Trust Company, established pursuant to Government Code, Chapter 404, Subchapter G.
