1. (a) Funding is contingent on legislative appropriations and may result in the inability to execute a grant agreement.
2. (b) The comptroller must notify the grant recipient of the award decision and provide a grant agreement to the applicant for signature within 30 days of that notification.
3. (c) A grant agreement must require the comptroller to disburse funds as soon as practicable and must require funds to be expended during the grant period.
4. (d) An official of the grant recipient who is authorized to bind the grant recipient must electronically sign the grant agreement.
