Pursuant to the requirements of the Natural Resources Code, §40.107, the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department adopts by reference the provisions of §§20.1-20.44 of this title (relating to Natural Resource Damage Assessment), as adopted by the Texas General Land Office, effective October 19, 1994.
