1. (a) A permittee shall:

   1. (1) maintain a current, accurate record of all shellstock and larvae acquired, introduced, removed, or harvested from a permitted facility;
   2. (2) submit the monthly harvest reports prescribed by Parks and Wildlife Code, §66.019 on a form provided or approved by the department; and
   3. (3) complete and submit an annual report to the department on a form provided or approved by the department by no later than January 31 of each year.
2. (b) The records and reports required by this section shall be continuously maintained by the permittee for two years from the date of the record or report.
