- (a) Wildlife stockings which do not meet conditions required for funding under the Pittman-Robertson Federal Aid in Wildlife Restoration Program shall be consistent with the annual operational plan and the area must be suitable for the proposed stocking purpose.
- (b) The stocking must also have no adverse impacts on state or federally listed threatened or endangered species or their critical habitat and a written agreement must be executed.
