The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

1. (1) District--A soil and water conservation district created under the Agriculture Code of Texas, Chapter 201.
2. (2) State Board--The Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board created under the Agriculture Code of Texas, Chapter 201.
