1. (a) An applicant shall include an application fee of $300.

2. (b) An owner of a reclaimed water production facility authorized under this subchapter shall pay an annual water quality fee in the following amount:

   1. (1) $800 for a constructed facility; or
   2. (2) $400 for a facility that has not been constructed.
